New Orleans is known for a lot of things, and we’re lucky that Mr. B’s BBQ Shrimp is one of them. One taste of this sauce and you’ll be running to the store for an extra loaf of french bread!
Ingredients
3tbspunsalted butter
12tbspunsalted butter cut into ½" cubes and chilled
2cloves garlic, finely chopped
½cupCrystal Worcestershire Sauce
2tbspfresh lemon juice
1tbspcreole seasoning
4tspfreshly ground black pepper
1 ½lbslarge shrimp(head-on, unpeeled)
Kosher salt to taste
French bread, for dipping
Directions

Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add garlic and cook until soft (1-2 minutes). Add Worcestershire Sauce, lemon juice, creole seasoning, and pepper.

Bring to a simmer and cook until sauce is reduced by half (about 5 to 7 minutes).

Add shrimp and cook, flipping once until cooked through (about 3-4 minutes).

Reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in chilled butter, which will give the dish a smooth sauce.

Season with salt. Serve with French bread and enjoy!
