Using a small plate mix 2 Tbsp. granulated white sugar with 1 tsp.
Ground cayenne pepper. Mix until completely blended.
Prepare a tall Collins glass by rimming the edge of the glass with lime and lightly
dipping it in the cayenne/sugar mix.
Using the tall prepped Collins glass muddle cilantro with simple syrup.
Add Crystal Hot Sauce, Rhubarb bitters, lemon and lime juices, and vodka. Stir well.
Add ice to fill the glass. Top with ginger beer.
